New Year’s Eve at Henley House isn’t just a night out - it’s the beach party of the summer. From seaside lunches to champagne countdowns, we’ll be celebrating across all three levels: each with its own mood, flavour, and seaside energy. Read on to explore what’s happening on every level…

Beachfront: Jazz Sunsets & Raw Fish Bar

Saxophone sunsets, raw fish and cocktails by the sea. Beachfront will offer a limited Raw Bar menu - think oysters, crudo and other locally caught raw bites - alongside the full drinks list. Nemicio (Sax & Love) will perform live from late afternoon into the evening, soundtracking the final sunset of 2025.

Seaview: Long Lunches & Golden Hour Feasts

Our Seaview Dining Room is set for celebration. Regular lunch and bottomless services run until 3pm, before our NYE dinner service begins from 5pm. Enjoy a curated $79 set menu - oysters, pickled squid, sliders, house-made pasta, and your choice of lamb, chicken or vegetarian main.

The set menu is compulsory in the main dining room (and for groups of seven or more), with the Seaview Deck and high tops offering a limited à la carte menu. After dinner, the party will still be going at Beachfront or on the Rooftop.

Rooftop: The Coastal Countdown

Upstairs, the Rooftop comes alive - marble, velvet and disco lights setting the scene for cocktails, champagne, and dancing late into the night. Also available for exclusive hire, it’s the ultimate private coastal celebration to welcome 2026 in style.
