OPPORTUNITY: FULL TIME EXPERIENCED Cook OR CHEF

Henley House is now hiring a full-time Cook or Chef to join our beachside kitchen team. Working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver consistently high standards across food preparation, presentation and service. We’re looking for someone reliable, motivated and experienced, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations and a genuine interest in good food, good service and working as part of a close team.

The Role:

• Full-time permanent position

• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef

• Supporting preparation, service and kitchen operations

• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness

The Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Confident working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Reliable, organised and team-focused

• Must have full working rights in Australia
