Opportunity: HEAD CHEF

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen crew at Henley House! We're after someone who thrives under pressure, leads with confidence, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty on the pans. If that's you, we'd love for you to apply! 

What you'll be doing:
✔️ Leading the kitchen during service
✔️ Training, mentoring, and rostering a tight-knit kitchen team
✔️ Keeping a sharp eye on food costs and kitchen efficiency
✔️ Helping shape an exciting, seasonal menu  

What we’re looking for:
✔️ A positive, can-do attitude (no egos here)
✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous
✔️ Flexibility to work nights, weekends & public holidays – we’re a 7-day beachside operation
✔️ Someone who wants to be part of a venue that’s as much about team culture as it is great food
