Henley House is a 3-level, beachside destination, right on the water’s edge with dining, bars, and sweeping views of beautiful Henley Beach.

Inside, we have three levels for you to explore, featuring our Beachfront (off the esplanade), Dining Room & Bar, and Rooftop Bar.

On our ground level, sitting pretty at the water’s edge you’ll find our Beachfront dining space, perfect for get-togethers and casual meals with a view. Drop in for sashimi, freshly shucked oysters, and a glass of bubbles, or settle in for some family-friendly tacos, prawn buns, or burgers.

Head upstairs to our Dining Room & Bar on our middle floor to enjoy our new menu, extensive wine list, or classic cocktails from our scenic dining space. Here you can settle into a booth or window seat with spectacular floor-to-ceiling views of the ocean, or take in the rays on our outdoor deck. 

Perched on top of Henley House sits our retro Rooftop Bar. With comfy velvet booths and an open-air deck, our rooftop is a buzzing, gathering spot for great tunes, seasonal cocktails, and local beer & wine.
